 Facilitators and Groups

Picture

Facilitator's course

This is an on-line course that follows the same format as the course "the Tapestry for the Soul" but is geared towards people who already lead groups or who want to start their own groups using this material. To become an accredited facilitator of this material the person must attend in practice most of the meetings (not rely on recorded session) and lead three meetings that are recorded, for feedback. Facilitator's ancillary material is ready.

Resources for Facilitators

  • The facilitator's handbook
  • recorded meditation for use with the group
  • publicity material for getting the group together
  • Joining a facilitator's weekly learning group on-line using Skype led by Yedidah Cohen
  • on-going back-up support for the group
"A Tapestry for the Soul is an exquisite resource that unfolds more and more as I learn online with Yedidah. Her clarity and insight help me support the group's learning as we draw the teachings into our minds and spirits."
Dr. Susan Jackman, Psychologist, Efrat, Israel

Groups

Some study groups have  started using A Tapestry for the Soul (or its Hebrew equivalent) as a basis for a weekly study group for learning the Kabbalah. You can of course start a study class simply by gathering a few friends together. The book is self-contained and you should manage fine. If you get stuck you can send me an email and I will do my best to answer you.

However, some  groups work on a more formal basis through their Jewish Community Centers, local synagogues, or privately, and these groups require more support. Based on our experience we have developed a Facilitator's Package to enable the group to start and to provide back-up support for the group and its facilitator.
